Deliverable one is the Full Manuscript Assessment. A senior editorial team reads the entire manuscript and delivers a written report covering structure, pacing, voice, market positioning, and publishability. This is not a grammar check. This is a diagnostic on whether the book can compete on a shelf or a search result. Estimated value if purchased separately from a professional editorial firm: $1,500 to $3,000.

Deliverable two is the Beta Reader Panel. Real readers in the book’s target genre read the manuscript and deliver honest, structured feedback. Not friends and family saying “it’s great.” Actual market testing from people who buy books like this. Deliverable four is the Publishing Deal Consideration. Every manuscript that goes through the Launchpad Review is automatically evaluated for an in house publishing contract with Carolina House Publishing. If selected, the author gets a deal where the publisher keeps only 15 to 25 percent. The industry standard is 85 to 90 percent going to the publisher. That is not a typo. Most publishers take almost everything. You flip the model. This is the part of the offer that makes competitors irrelevant. There is no dollar value you can put on this because it changes the entire financial trajectory of the book.

Total stacked value: $6,500 or more, and that is before factoring in the publishing deal.
